Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in growing our business by reaching potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to potential customers to schedule consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately inputting information into our system to ensure seamless communication
- Representing the company professionally when conversing with contacts to build trust and rapport
- Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company, including delivering reports accurately and on time
- Participating in process-improvement initiatives to enhance our workflow and efficiency
- A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Basic technical skills, including proficiency in common software applications and internet connectivity
- A strong internet connection and designated quiet workspace
- Flexibility to work on a graveyard shift
- A proactive, adaptable, and flexible individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly professional and willing to go above and beyond to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborative and committed to continuous improvement and experimentation with new approaches
