Job Title: Resource Scheduler

Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating and managing the schedules of engineering teams across multiple time zones to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling calendars for a global support organization
  • Ensure that IT resources are utilized efficiently and effectively to drive task completion and meet customer needs
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to prevent conflicts and optimize resource allocation
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates on scheduling and service changes
  • Evaluate and prioritize IT requests to ensure prompt service delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • English language proficiency sufficient for professional communication in a business environment
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
