This job posting is for a Financial Operations Specialist role. We are seeking an individual with experience in accounting, payroll, and financial statements to handle full-cycle bookkeeping and provide valuable insights.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing A/R, A/P, and invoicing.
  • Assisting in client planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, month-end close processes, journal entries, and financial reporting.
  • Documenting internal processes and developing controls and improvements.
  • Working directly with clients to obtain documentation and information.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professional communication at all times.

Requirements for the position include:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with full-cycle bookkeeping.
  • Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping software (QBO, XERO) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
