Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our e-commerce operations. As an Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring products, checking for new listings across online marketplaces, and running replenishment reports to avoid stockouts and optimize inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor products and check for new listings across online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
  • Analyze replenishment reports to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts
  • Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items to improve sales performance
  • Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage product listings across multiple platforms, including FBM and other e-commerce sites
Requirements:
  • Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets, SkuVault, ConnectBooks, and other tools is a plus
Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Work can be performed remotely from the comfort of your home.
