Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage all communication with hiring managers and ensure seamless candidate experience
- Conduct video interviews and maintain integrity of our applicant tracking system
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for multiple hiring managers
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
- Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidate skills
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail, follow up and follow through
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
- Strong and stable internet connection to facilitate video calls
Desirable Qualities:
- Strong team working skills
- Proactive project management skills
- Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources
