Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop training materials, modules, and resources for customer service and technical support training programs.
- Customize training content based on specific job roles, products/services, and customer interaction scenarios.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing team members.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences through presentations, role-playing exercises, simulations, and hands-on activities.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance their customer service and technical support skills.
- Focus on improving communication skills, problem-solving abilities, product knowledge, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- BS Degree: With 1 Year experience as a Trainer handling TSR or CSR accounts.
- Must be amenable to work both Ortigas and Gilmore site.
