  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing team members.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences through presentations, role-playing exercises, simulations, and hands-on activities.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance their customer service and technical support skills.
  • Focus on improving communication skills, problem-solving abilities, product knowledge, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree: With 1 Year experience as a Trainer handling TSR or CSR accounts.
  • Must be amenable to work both Ortigas and Gilmore site.
