Job Title: Customer Service and Technical Support Training Specialist

RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a skilled Customer Service and Technical Support Training Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service and Technical Support Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for customer service and technical support representatives. Your primary goal will be to ensure that team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop training materials, modules, and resources for customer service and technical support training programs.
  2. Customize training content based on specific job roles, products/services, and customer interaction scenarios.
  3. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing team members.
  4. Facilitate interactive learning experiences through presentations, role-playing exercises, simulations, and hands-on activities.
  5. Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance their customer service and technical support skills.

Requirements:

  1. A BS degree with 1 year of experience as a trainer handling TSR or CSR accounts.
  2. Amenability to work both Ortigas and Gilmore sites.
