At Emerson, we are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done.

The successful candidate will be able to efficiently carry out tasks with excellent balance of customer service and technical skills. They will also be proficient in communicating ideas and influencing both internal and external customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively with people at any level. The role involves working within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team, creating a positive consumer support experience by interacting with consumers of various levels within the organization.

The responsibilities of this role include monitoring personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing system, and ensuring consumers are properly handled and updated. The ideal candidate will also be able to create and update knowledge articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in any IT-related course with experience in working as an IT Service Provider.
  • Three years of relevant experience in fixing Software and Hardware issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and up.
  • Experience in using service desk ticketing tools.
