Email Marketing Specialist — We are seeking a talented professional to help us optimize our email marketing strategy and drive business growth.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven email campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers. You will work closely with the CRM team to create personalized messages that meet the unique needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in e-commerce. They will possess strong copywriting skills and be able to analyze data to inform their creative decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies
  • Leading the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with the CX team to enhance customer communications
  • Developing detailed briefs for the Content team
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key email and CRM metrics
