Job Description
  • The Senior Customer Advocate will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services.
  • This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate and complete information with empathy and courtesy.
  • Perform problem tracking, ensure issue resolution, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with external teams to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least three years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone handling skills and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
