Job Description- The Senior Customer Advocate will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services.
- This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely and professional service.
- Interact with customers to provide accurate and complete information with empathy and courtesy.
- Perform problem tracking, ensure issue resolution, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with external teams to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least three years of customer service experience.
- Previous experience supporting SaaS products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone handling skills and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
