Lead a Team in Operations

We are seeking an experienced team leader to manage our back-office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a group of associates handling document review and downloading tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members follow proper processes
  • Perform quality checks to maintain compliance and data accuracy
  • Assign workloads, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate with management regarding performance, challenges, and process improvements
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
