Job Title

A Customer Implementation Specialist is needed to join our team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring customer success through the implementation of new clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with customer-facing implementation and payroll management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client onboarding for new mid/large-sized clients.
  • Define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts.
  • Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional groups to improve communications, tools, and products.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of customer-facing implementation experience.
  • Payroll experience: experience with US payroll.
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills.
