Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist role requires delivering prompt and high-quality customer service through timely responses to inquiries.

Understanding each customer's unique needs, including business size and goals, enables the provision of personalized support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real-time, providing clear and helpful responses.
  • Open and monitor tickets, escalating internally as needed.
  • Understand customer context (business size, goals) to offer relevant and strategic support.
  • Provide guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices with support from experts.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify.
  • Experience with CRM systems similar to HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Team player in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses.
