This is a role that suits an experienced professional looking to join a dynamic team as a Contact Center Specialist. As a key member of our Global Service and Support unit, you will be responsible for championing customers' needs, sharing deep product knowledge, providing innovative solutions, and building relationships that showcase our customers' unique experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation of Contact Center projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Manage multiple projects across various customers simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Analyze solution specifications in light of customer requirements and suggest solution designs and changes that optimize value for both the customer and our organization.
- Produce customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process- such as meeting presentations, business requirements documents, sign-off agreements, etc.
- Execute tasks and deliverables as outlined in the Project Plan and directed by the Project Manager.
- Support the Project Manager on status reporting and escalation of issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple implementation activities independently.
- Ability to operate with minimal guidance; must be able to exercise sound judgment and decision-making in challenging situations.
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting global customers across multiple geographies.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients; effective communication skills and understanding of clients' needs are crucial.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, C++, C Sharp or HTML scripting, Networking, API, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center best practices.
- Strategic thinking; ability to understand the 'Big-Picture'; quick problem-solving skills.
- Background in contact center platforms and tools (e.g. Nice InContact, Dialpad, Five9, etc.)
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Empathy and soft skills; customer service best practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position - Contact Center industry experience required.
- Analytical skills; identify, analyze, interpret, and solve complex problems.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of CRM and Lead Management solutions (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Siebel, NetSuite, RightNow, Velocify, etc.)
- BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
- Contact Center certification desired.
