Trade Spend Management is a complex process, and we're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Deductions Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Accounting and experience working in Trade Promotion Management. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude will fit right in.

This role involves gathering backup documentation from distributors and direct accounts, maintaining spreadsheets, and communicating with engineers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and sending email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and has impeccable oral and written communication skills. Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items
  • Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the details of their customer portals
  • Create and send email reports to Vividly clients with status updates twice a month
Requirements:
  • 1 year's experience in Trade Promotion Management
  • A background or education in Accounting
  • Business-level English fluency required
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
