Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as an Executive Assistant to one or more executives at leading companies in the skilled trades sector. This is a 100% remote role that requires exceptional communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for managing calendars, emails, and projects with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and book meetings, events, and reminders with precision

  • Prioritize and organize inboxes, respond to emails, and ensure seamless communication flow

  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, or presentations as needed to support senior leaders

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including virtual sessions via Zoom or Google Meet, and handle logistics for in-person meetings

  • Handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and expense tracking with accuracy and efficiency

  • Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and facilitate team communications

  • Maintain confidentiality and exhibit a polished, professional presence in all interactions
