Job Title: Trade Promotion Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trade Promotion Associate. This role will involve working closely with our client base, providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected.
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the details of their customer portals.
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Business level English fluency required.
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change.
