Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description:
- Responsible for Annual Trade Marketing Plan, overseeing budgets for TSL, Rentals (MDU) Budget, and Channel Plans, ensuring strategic alignment and effective implementation down the road;
- Responsible for Promotions Management: TSL Planning, executing promotions with careful monitoring, and conducting thorough evaluations to extract valuable insights for continuous improvements;
- Responsible for 8-week forecast planning and accuracy;
- Responsible for Sales Dashboards and Reports (use, consolidation, insights, templates, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events to showcase products, build relationships, and stay informed about market trends.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor or 4-year college Graduate;
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing and/or sales;
- Good Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Good with numbers, analytical, and can strategize;
- Good people skills, detailed, and organized
