Business Development Associate Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our global trading support services.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They should also be proficient in data management, execution oversight, and process support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Tracking & Data Management:
  • Create and maintain trade tracking systems using Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools like TradeZella.
  • Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
  • Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation:
  • Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover.
  • Trade Execution Oversight:
  • Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
  • Ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
  • Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.
  • Record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy).
  • Tag strategies for live testing consideration.
  • Prop Firm Challenge Setup:
  • Complete KYC and participate in prop firm challenges.
  • Track status of challenges and payouts.
  • Ongoing Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain login credentials securely.
  • Follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues.
  • Keep records audit-ready and updated.
  • Join weekly check-ins for updates and planning.
