About the role

Future Trade International Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Trade Marketing Manager - On Trade to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key on-trade accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to meet our clients' needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key on-trade customers, such as hotels, restaurants, and bars
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales within the on-trade sector
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving any issues or queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to implement effective strategies and campaigns to drive on-trade sales
  • Regularly monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform your sales approach

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar account management or key account management role, preferably within the on-trade sector
  • Proven track record of successfully growing and retaining key accounts, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the local on-trade market and industry trends within the metro area
