
Growth Opportunities Coordinator

The role of a Senior Account Coordinator is to provide high-quality support to account teams in developing and managing growth-centric activities. The individual will work closely with the Account Leadership team, including the Global Client Serving Partner and Global Sales Executive, to drive growth in relationships, revenue, and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Facilitate the account planning process, ensuring regular reviews against milestones and targets.
- Foster Strategic Communication: Understand strategic communication and stakeholder engagement requirements to advance the account plan agenda.
- Knowledge Development: Provide curated knowledge to account teams on business analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and firm thought leadership.
- Liaison Services: Liaise with onshore account teams and internal business services groups to ensure effective transition of work.
- Critical Analysis: Identify changes to key executives, potential connection points, and materials of interest to create and deepen client relationships.
- Pursuit Support: Contribute to complex account and business development needs, including pursuit support, pitch development, and client meeting materials.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Business Management Centre point of contact to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive revenue.
- Executive Communication Skills: Excellent executive communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts using analytics and visualization tools.
- Account Management Experience: Experience in account management, providing insightful analysis and proactive recommendations for account growth.
- Business Research Data Analysis: Understanding of business research/data analysis concepts across sectors and companies.
- Highly Organized: Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives and workstreams.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and collaborate with interdependencies to meet account requirements.
- A graduate degree.
- 4-7 years of experience in account management in a complex international environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
