Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing merchandise administration, including purchasing orders, stock-keeping units, barcoding, pricing, and allocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient replenishments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, coordinating purchasing and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and variance reporting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, work-in-progress listings, and forecasting spreadsheets.
- Support merchandise planning and manage product listings on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay).
- Collaborate with teams to respond to customer requests and communicate stock movement updates.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable retail business.
- Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms and strong Excel skills for data analysis and management.
- Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and proactive problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
