Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Specialist to oversee key customer accounts and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

This individual will review incoming orders, coordinate fulfillment with vendors, and communicate effectively with clients via email/Slack as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise and possess strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).

Responsibilities:
  • Priority: Vendor-side account management
  • Manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
  • B2B account management
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
