Job Description

Our organization requires an expert contractor for a temporary engagement to facilitate data migration from our existing platform to a new system. The ideal candidate will possess experience in data migration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

  • Transfer textual information accurately from the existing platform to the new system.
  • Move photos and videos from the old platform to the new one, ensuring proper organization and tagging.
  • Verify that transferred media files are correctly uploaded and accessible in the new system.
  • Proofread and edit transferred textual content for grammatical errors and typos.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting across transferred data.
  • Maintain organized records of all transferred information.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the transfer process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The selected candidate must have:

  • Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data transformation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
