Salesforce Data Migration & Data Quality Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and consistency of Salesforce data across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies from legacy systems into Salesforce
  • Analyze, clean, and standardize large datasets for import to optimize data quality
  • Identify and merge duplicate records while preserving critical information
  • Enhance account and contact records with missing details such as addresses and company data
  • Standardize field formats (phone numbers, picklist values, number fields, etc.) to improve data integrity
  • Maintain ongoing Salesforce data hygiene to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Utilize Salesforce tools, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and SOQL to query, analyze, and update data effectively
Requirements:
  • Salesforce expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships (Admin certification preferred)
  • Data manipulation skills: Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Fuzzy Matching, deduplication, filtering, sorting)
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and SOQL queries
  • Tool knowledge: Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Salesforce reporting (joined reports a plus)
  • Data migration experience: Understanding of field mapping, duplicate rules, and data enrichment processes
