ERP Implementation Consultant Job Description

This role requires a unique blend of accounting knowledge and technical expertise to maintain data integrity throughout the migration process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end client implementations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines.
  • Analyze client business processes, configure solutions, and guide clients through data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and issues.
  • Assist with large data set migrations and reconciliations from various systems.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation.
  • Must be Certified Public Accountant.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers are essential.
