Product Strategist

We are seeking a Product Strategist to join our Business Strategy and Growth Team at our organization.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business results.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and user experience enhancements.
  • Launch and refine campaigns or features to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes.
  • Create business cases and success metrics for proposed initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall business objectives.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Track performance post-launch and iterate based on data.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Support.
  • Influence product roadmap through business-focused insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, or business analysis roles, as well as strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

They will also be proactive, adaptable, and flexible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
