We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership teams. As a remote team member, you will be responsible for managing calendars, emails, and communications, as well as supporting operational and project-based tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and experience working remotely using project management platforms and AI tools. They will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars (Google Calendar, Calendly) and scheduling meetings
  • Handling email management and correspondence
  • Following up via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Organizing travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Key Qualifications
  • Quality Assurance, Trainer, Recruitment Specialist, or similar
  • Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar and schedule management, email and inbox handling, basic documentation and reporting, professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as productivity software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack), Project management platforms (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
