Senior Billing/Accounts Receivable Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Accounts Receivable Oversight: Ensure accurate and efficient billing processes, manage accounts receivable with a focus on timely payments.
  • Invoice Preparation and Review: Prepare and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies.
  • Accounts Receivable Aging Reports: Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify areas for improvement in the collection process.
  • Customer Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address billing issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance billing efficiency, improve collections, and streamline financial reporting.
