Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, motivate others, and collaborate with clients to discuss goals and needs; ensure the team is aligned with new information on projects and actively work to improve processes and performance to enhance results.
  • Report to an executive leader; impact through client and team relationships, encouraging and motivating the team to resolve issues, accomplish goals and influence career mobility.
  • A Typical Day:
    • Actively manage communications with clients and partners to uphold a healthy relationship and ensure goals are aligned and needs are met.
    • Motivate others by modeling client messages to the team, actively engage and support staff to keep projects on track with the latest information.
    • Improve key metrics, including forecasting accuracy, revenue goals, customer satisfaction scores, call volume projections, and contractual goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years+ leadership experience.
  • Continuously promote a high-performing culture and strive for excellence.
  • Mentor and inspire others.
  • Engage and support your team to ensure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish tasks.
