**Transformation Manager Role Description**

In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of transformation and transition initiatives, as well as project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead or support transformation, optimization, and transition projects to drive business results and deliver world-class services.
  2. Manage a global team to achieve high performance, efficiency, and engagement.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase value.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build strong relationships and drive change management efforts.
  5. Oversee the design, build, execution, quality assurance, and delivery of projects or transitions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Financial Information Systems, along with 10+ years of accounting, auditing, and/or financial analysis experience. You should also have Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) and global shared service center experience.

  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple deliverables simultaneously and demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and accomplish results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and build collaborative relationships.

  • Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
