About the Job:

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our brokers to provide top-notch client support, manage policy changes, and maintain the Monthly Statement process.

  • Collaborate with brokers to deliver excellent client service and support.
  • Efficiently process policy changes, including new business, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage the Monthly Statement process according to established procedures.
  • Support the broker in managing renewals and ensuring timely completion.
  • Handle cancellation notices promptly to avoid any client policy lapses.
  • Familiarize yourself with the broker's client base and connections, offering alternative contact in their absence.
  • Oversee both your and the broker's postal communications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client claims, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to a productive office environment by answering phones, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting colleagues as required.
  • Adhere to Company standards, processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Comply with IBANZ Code of Conduct and Financial Service Provider regulations.
Key Skills

We're looking for someone with a strong background in NZ Insurance, preferably with ANZIIF or IBANZ certifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of insurance and related products, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
