Key Role Overview

This is a pivotal position for someone who excels at simplifying complexity, driving technology adoption, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing internal tools, automations, and workflows to foster operational excellence. They will design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools to support scalable operations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational standards. The role also involves generating insights through data and reporting, conducting analysis, and maintaining dashboards to provide performance insights.

The Systems Optimization Analyst will support change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization. Additionally, they will contribute to internal and external audits, supporting reviews on the application of operational standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Necessary Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
