Job Title:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to enhance business processes.
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions that meet operational and financial requirements for data-driven decision making.
  • Provide in-depth training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues by performing updates and maintenance when required.
  • Document system changes, configurations and training materials to ensure knowledge retention.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules and integration strategies for seamless operations.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics to drive informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation for streamlined business operations.
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures to ensure high performance.
