Job Summary

The Operational Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, improving efficiency and scalability across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Identify and optimize processes to increase velocity, quality, and scalability.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and document core business processes.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.
  • Operational Framework Development: Develop and maintain operational frameworks that enable teams to work efficiently and consistently.
  • Audit Support: Ensure processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored for internal and external audits.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
