About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our tools, systems, and workflows. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems align with strategic goals, scale effectively, and help build a workplace where people can thrive, collaborate, and enjoy their work.

You will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving company-wide tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot, to support scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Internal Tools & Automations & User Enablement: Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools to support scalable operations.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.
  • Improve Processes & Workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.
  • Generate Insights Through Data & Reporting: Conduct analysis and maintain dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.
