Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Legal Intake Specialist. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound calls, and guiding them through the intake process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong sense of accountability. They will also be open to coaching and quick to apply feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
  • Handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Adhere to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Accurately capture and update client information using CRM tools.
  • Manage rejections professionally and escalate qualified leads efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
