Talent Acquisition Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our team in an individual contributor role. This person must possess excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to represent our organization confidently in high-level meetings with external stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality candidate experiences, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements, and providing strategic hiring solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume and specialized hiring, as well as experience representing their organization in meetings with senior leaders and external stakeholders. They will be adaptable, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to manage challenging conversations and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Hiring Manager Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • External Representation: Represent our organization in meetings with clients, partners, and external stakeholders, projecting confidence and professionalism.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure high-quality candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment reports and data for decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably from BPO or shared services companies.
  • Leadership: Previous experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence—confident, poised, and able to handle high-pressure discussions.
  • Adaptability: Flexible to work occasional graveyard shifts when needed.
