The Role:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and requirements for each project.
  • Create training materials such as plans, facilitator's guides, participant's handouts, written assessments, hands-on exercises, presentation slides, and other supplementary materials.
  • Deliver or facilitate learning activities/sessions to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of different learning programs and initiatives by conducting research and benchmarking studies.
  • Participate in discussions and collaborations with external training partners to ensure clarity and alignment of expectations across all phases of the applicable learning programs/initiatives.
  • Communicate the status of ongoing learning programs and results of completed learning programs to stakeholders through timely and accurate submission of reports.
