About the Role:
This role involves retaining and developing high potential commercial, enterprise, and strategic accounts. As a senior customer success account manager, you will be responsible for onboarding partners and ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your partners.
- Onboard partners, transitioning from a newly launched status.
- Research clients' companies to stay up-to-date on rebranding, organization changes, print needs, seasonality, etc.
- Buid and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM tool.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of how to deliver profitable partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ongoing Development:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print & manufacturing processes.
- Flexibility within an ever-evolving start-up environment.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
