About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. As a key liaison between the customer service department and other teams, you will play a critical role in improving processes and enhancing the overall client experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. You will be responsible for training and developing team members, acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues, and monitoring customer interactions and feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues.
  • Monitor customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools.
