Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is responsible for managing the outflow of financial resources, including bill processing, payments, expense reimbursements, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Netsuite, and BILL, is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Proven working experience as an accounts payable clerk.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
