Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and ensure timely account reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, including proper documentation and follow-ups.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, government remittances, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Support audits, budget preparation, and other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Journaling Tax, and Financial Reporting.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Details:

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: Estimated Php 15,000 - Php 30,000 per annum
