Your Role:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, including billing, collections, payroll, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily financial operations.
  
  Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients/customers.

• Collections: Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and manage customer collections efficiently.
• Payroll Processing: Oversee and process payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Month-End Close: Assist in or lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, ensuring proper classification of transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements; assist with audits as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.

What You Need:

• Accountant: 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Senior Accountant: 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of GAAP and compliance regulations.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
