Job Title: Senior Accounting Clerk

The position of Senior Accounting Clerk is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for maintaining general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Analyze and reconcile account discrepancies
  • Prepare journal entries and review accounting classifications in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
