Accounting Professionals Wanted for a Key Role in Our Shared Services Organization

We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team as Accounts Payable Specialists. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the development of technical solutions and championing standardization in Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Provide timely and accurate payables management floor support for assigned regions or segments; assist with AP Issues Management and SOA reconciliation tasks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments and levels to achieve shared objectives and promote a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a manufacturing or BPO context.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
