We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK construction industry and be proficient in preparing professional quotes, maintaining administrative workflows, and providing light secretary support.
About the JobThe Construction Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating and managing quotes for construction projects based on client requirements, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates, and maintaining records of quotes using Monday.com.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage their time efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage quotes for construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather cost estimates
- Maintain records of quotes using Monday.com
- Perform general administrative duties, including email management, scheduling, and data entry
- Assist in generating financial documents and reporting via QuickBooks
- Proven experience in the UK construction industry or a similar quoting/admin role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Monday.com
- Strong understanding of construction quotes and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Full-time employment from 10 AM - 5 PM GMT
