Job Title: Construction Documentation Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Documentation Specialist to support our clients in the construction and architecture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various administrative and technical tasks related to building documentation, permitting, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:- Filling out forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance accurately
- Inputting data from clients and construction documents into digital systems
- Interpreting architectural, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans to extract relevant information
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements
- Maintaining organized digital files and ensuring timely submission of required documentation
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and PDF editing tools
