We are seeking a seasoned digital media expert to join our team as an Account Manager. This role will be responsible for driving results for brand advertisers on TikTok Business Unit.

As an Account Manager, you will execute and optimize Ad campaigns to meet performance goals. You will gather campaign assets, set up campaigns, and manage creative approvals. You will analyze campaign performance data and implement real-time strategies to improve key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, and Purchase.

You will serve as a point of contact for advertisers and internal team, providing guidance on campaign strategies and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will generate end of campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations. You will work with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end sales process.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies. Experience with e-commerce marketing platforms, especially TikTok Shop, is a plus. You should be comfortable making decisions and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment, be results-driven, and have an ability to absorb complex concepts and communicate them clearly.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. At least 4 years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies
  2. Experience with e-commerce marketing platforms, especially TikTok Shop, is a plus
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision

This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketplace and competitive landscape. A Bachelor's degree is required, but equivalent experience is also acceptable.
