Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing internal relationships, planning and executing media strategies, and acting as a key liaison between various departments.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of superior client satisfaction, drive campaign success, and foster strong interdepartmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team and agencies to understand their business objectives and develop comprehensive media plans
  • Coordinate with the Insights team to analyze market trends and audience data
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to oversee the execution of media campaigns
  • Act as a bridge between teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media advertising (agency or supply side) with strong account management experience
  • Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset to grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • University degree
